Deine Aufgaben

Übernahme der Anforderungserhebung und Pflege des Backlog.
Leitung der Scrum-Meetings im Bereich Planning, Daily und Retro.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Management und den R&D Teams.
Unterstützung von Projekten als Scrum Master, Product Owner oder Requirements Engineer.
Unterstützung der Qualitätssicherung auf Basis des erworbenen Domänenwissens.

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) oder entsprechende mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem branchenähnlichen Umfeld.
Du hast Erfahrung in agilen Rollen und Tools wie Jira und Confluence im Software-Entwicklungsprozess.
Du bist stark in Organisation, Kommunikation und Moderation und gehst engagiert, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert an Aufgaben heran.
Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Vorgehensmodellen der Softwareentwicklung.
Du legst großen Wert auf Qualität und bringst mitunter Fähigkeiten im Bereich Testorganisation und -automatisierung mit.
Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Taking over the requirements elicitation and maintenance of the backlog.

Your profile

You have completed a technical education (HTL, FH, Uni) or have several years of professional experience in an industry-related environment.
You have experience in agile roles and tools such as Jira and Confluence in the software development process.
You are strong in organization, communication and moderation and approach tasks in a committed, solution-oriented and structured manner.
You have good knowledge of the application of software development process models.
You attach great importance to quality and have skills in test organization and automation.
You have good German and English language skills.
