Deine Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen und -dokumentationen.
Koordination und Überwachung der Exportprozesse vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auslieferung.
Kommunikation mit Kunden, Spediteuren und anderen externen Partnern zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs.
Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere dem Vertrieb und der Logistik, um eine optimale Auftragsabwicklung zu gewährleisten.
Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen in den Exportprozessen.

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder spezifische Ausbildung im Bereich Speditionslogistik/Export.
Berufserfahrung im Exportbereich, idealerweise in einem international tätigen Unternehmen.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Zoll sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kundenorientierung.

Your Tasks

Independent processing of export orders and documentation.
Coordination and monitoring of export processes from order receipt to delivery.
Communicating with customers, freight forwarders and other external partners to ensure a smooth process.
Active cooperation with other departments, especially sales and logistics, to ensure optimal order processing.
Identifying and implementing potential improvements in the export processes.

Your profile

Completed commercial training or specific training in the field of forwarding logistics/export.
Professional experience in the export sector, ideally in an international company.
Knowledge of customs as well as confident handling of MS Office applications and ERP systems.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Independent and structured way of working as well as high customer orientation.
