Security Coordinator

Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung, Implementierung und Umsetzung der Sicherheitsrichtlinien sowie der Maßnahmen- und Aktionspläne gemäß der Konzernsicherheitsstrategie, einschließlich der Pflege des Notfallplans (Business Continuity Plan).
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter sicherheitsbezogener Vorschriften und Industriestandards wie NIS 2, ISO 27001 und GDPR.
Durchführung regelmäßiger Sicherheitsaudits.
Überwachung und Analyse von Sicherheitsrisiken und Sicherheitsvorfällen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Eindämmung bzw. Umsetzung von Strategien zur Risikominimierung.
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards sowie Koordination zwischen Gantner und dem globalen Sicherheitsteam.

Dein Profil

Technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Information Security Risk Management und Compliance Bereich.
Fundierte Kenntnisse von Sicherheitsstandards und -vorschriften (z.B. ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, Cloud Security Alliance) sowie ein umfassendes Verständnis von Sicherheitstechnologien (z.B. EDR, Firewalls, IAM, Schwachstellen-Scanner, SIEM).
Sicherheitszertifikate wie CISA, CISM oder CISSP sind für diese Position von Vorteil.
Teamfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke (deutsch, englisch) sowie eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Your Tasks

Developing, implementing and enforcing the security guidelines as well as the measures and action plans in accordance with the Group security strategy, including maintaining the emergency plan (Business Continuity Plan).
Ensuring compliance with relevant security-related regulations and industry standards such as NIS 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR.
Conducting regular security audits.
Monitoring and analyzing security risks and security incidents as well as initiating appropriate mitigation measures or implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Working with various departments to ensure compliance with security standards and coordinating between Gantner and the global security team.

Your profile

Technical education with several years of professional experience in information security risk management and compliance.
In-depth knowledge of security standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, Cloud Security Alliance) as well as a comprehensive understanding of security technologies (e.g. EDR, firewalls, IAM, vulnerability scanners, SIEM).
Security certifications such as CISA, CISM or CISSP are an advantage for this position.
Ability to work in a team, negotiation skills and strong communication skills (German, English) as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working.
