Deine Aufgaben

Analyse, Koordination und Umsetzung von Projektanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
Direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden, Anbietern und internen Teams, um technische Anforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen
Du arbeitest eng mit Software- und Hardware-Entwicklung, Produktmanagement und Vertrieb zusammen.
Unterstützung unserer B2B Partner bei der Entwicklung, Integration und Optimierung von Systemen durch Analyse, Recherche und Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Abteilungen
Analyse und Lösung anspruchsvoller Aufgabenstellungen selbstständig und im Team
Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und Flowcharts

Dein Profil

Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und hohe Detailgenauigkeit, um zahlreiche komplexe Aufgaben zu verfolgen und deren korrekte Umsetzung sicherzustellen
Schnelle und eigenständige Einarbeitung in neue Produkte, Systeme und Prozesse
SQL-Kenntnisse (Analytische und erweiterte Funktionen gehören zu deinem Werkzeugkasten)
Fähigkeit, Code zu lesen und zu verstehen (Python, JS oder andere Programmiersprachen)
Erfahrung oder Kenntnisse in IT-Support oder Telekomunikationen sind von Vorteil

Your Tasks

Analyze, coordinate and implement project requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate directly with customers, vendors and internal teams to understand and implement technical requirements
Work closely with software and hardware development, product management and sales.
Support our B2B partners in the development, integration and optimization of systems through analysis, research and collaboration with relevant departments
Analyzing and solving challenging tasks independently and as part of a team
Creation and maintenance of documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts

Your profile

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail to track numerous complex tasks and ensure their correct implementation
Quick and independent familiarization with new products, systems and processes
Knowledge of SQL (analytical and advanced functions are part of your toolbox)
Ability to read and understand code (Python, JS or other programming languages)
Experience or knowledge in IT support or telecommunications is an advantage
German B2
